Below are some Heaux House Rules so you can be pleased with our services.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to make any changes, please contact us by email at heyheaux@smileheaux.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

All apparel and accessories are made to order, so the normal order fulfillment time is 7-14 business days.  Invalid shipping addresses can delay the processing of your order, so please confirm that all information entered for your order is correct.

 

DAMAGED ITEM

We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received to you damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture and/or video of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to heyheaux@smileheaux.com explaining the effort of the item(s).

After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced.

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

If you have provided an email address at the time of order, a shipping tracking number will be sent to you.  Please contact the carrier directly regarding the status of your delivery. 

Based upon tracking information, once the package shows as delivered, Smile Heaux is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, misdelivered or stolen item.

 

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your Smile Heaux merchandise, you may return it for an exchange within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that the item must be returned in resale condition (brand new condition, (including but not limited to: never washed, no deodorant or food stains, no sprayed on fragrances, etc.). 

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges in the exchange. The customer incurs an additional cost to exchange to a larger size, payment must be made prior to re-shipment.  Please contact our support team by email prior to returning any item.
